We’re a small, family-owned business committed to offering a seamless, reliable, and stress-free way to explore the beautiful island of Bimini. Based on feedback from our first 6 months, we’ve recently upgraded to a fully online booking system to make your experience even easier.
By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and policies:
📅 Booking & Payment Policy
All rentals must be booked and paid in full online before your arrival in Bimini.
We accept payments via:

Once your payment is received, you will receive an email with:
✅ Your booking confirmation
🔐 Lockbox code to access the golf cart key
🗺 Pickup instructions and location map

🔁 Cancellation & Change Policy
We understand that travel plans sometimes change. While all bookings are non-refundable, we offer two flexible options:
✅ Option 1: Partial Refund
Receive 75% of your payment back, with 25% retained to cover coordination, processing, and lost rental opportunities.
🔄 Option 2: Full Credit Transfer
Apply 100% of your payment as a credit toward a future rental. You may:
• Reschedule within 12 months of your original rental date
• Transfer the credit to a friend or family member
📅 To request a cancellation or transfer, please contact us at least 24 hours before your rental date.
🛺 Rental Instructions
1️⃣ Pickup Location
Your cart will be ready at Resorts World Casino Parking Lot in North Bimini. This is easily reachable via the free tram from the cruise port.
2️⃣ Lockbox Access
After full payment, you’ll receive a lockbox code via email and/or text. Use this code to retrieve your cart key.
3️⃣ During Your Rental
⛽ Fuel: We provide enough gas for 1–3 days of normal use. If needed, you can refuel at the following Alice Town gas station:

4️⃣ Return Instructions
Please return the golf cart to the same parking spot.
Lock the cart and place the key back in the lockbox securely.
⚠️ Important Notes
• Renter assumes full responsibility for the golf cart during the rental period.
• Any damage caused during the rental may result in additional charges.
• Please drive responsibly and follow all local traffic laws.
