Best options: Zelle and Cash App typically have no fees — so they’re always recommended when possible.

Zelle does not charge fees for standard transfers and is the easiest way to send the exact total.

⚠️ Venmo “Goods & Services” Causes a Fee

Venmo sometimes suggests turning on “Purchases / Goods & Services”. When this is turned on, Venmo charges a fee that reduces the amount we receive.

Example: If your total is $200 and Venmo deducts a fee, we may receive less than $200 — which creates a remaining balance.

✅ If You Use Venmo: Please Do NOT Turn On “Purchases”

To avoid fees, please send your Venmo payment as a normal transfer and do not toggle the “Purchases / Goods & Services” option.

📌 If Fees Are Deducted

If Venmo fees reduce the amount received, the reservation will show a remaining balance. In that case, we will contact you to request the difference.

Please note: If the remaining balance is not resolved promptly, we may need to delay confirmation or cancel the reservation to keep availability fair for other guests.

✅ Best Way to Avoid This

If possible, use Zelle or Cash App to avoid fees completely. If you use Venmo, please send it as a normal transfer and do not turn on Purchases.
